This classic Broulee beach house is ready for one large or two smaller families, comfortably sleeping 8 but can accommodate up to 11. The house has been completely renovated and provided with all new furniture, as well as smaller appliances, glassware, cutlery and crockery. The owners have been careful to preserve the leafy, vintage beach house feeling, which exudes tranquillity.

Situated a short stroll to South Broulee beach, which is patrolled in summer, swimming, surfing, snorkelling, kayaking and fishing at the beach are all enjoyable and additionally, it is a leisurely walk around Broulee Island to North Broulee beach and Candlagan Creek. The creek is ideal for smaller children to splash about in.
You will love the beautiful parrots that visit the house each morning and afternoon and birdseed is provided for you to feed them. The King Parrots are so tame they will peck the seed from your outstretched palm. Rosellas and Rainbow Lorikeets, as well as other birds, also visit the property.

On arrival entry is via the side door leading into the laundry, which has a washing machine, dryer and broom closet. At the front of the house there is a veranda, accessed via large glass sliding doors. A barbeque and deck furniture make this a cool place to be on a hot day. The front bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a lounge area with Foxtel-enabled TV, an eight seater dining table, sideboard and kitchen area, well furnished with the usual appliances plus Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother. This open plan area has a reverse cycle air conditioner.

Off the dining area is the second bedroom, featuring a single-over-double bunk bed, plus additional roll away single bed. The main bathroom is in the corridor leading to the rear of the house. At the back of the house is the large master bedroom, with queen bed and ensuite. Adjoining through foldback doors is the spacious fourth bedroom, again featuring a single-over-double bunk bed.

Outside there is a new concrete driveway, enough for two vehicles. Additional garden furniture is provided under the cool, shadecloth paved area. The rainwater tank provides water for the gardens and if staying over summer, the owners would encourage you to water the plants if you wish. There is a cold water outdoor shower at the back door, ideal for washing the sand off before entering the house.

A small backyard on the other side of the house allows for the children to play on the grass.

Please note that linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels, tea towels and hand towels. Doonas and doona covers are provided one per bed as previously described.

There is no fixed clothesline but a large folding unit is provided in the laundry, behind the broom cupboard. The front deck is an ideal place to dry beach towels.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property.
WIFI is available for family usage but downloading of movies is not permitted.

A few food basics are provided but it is best to bring anything you usually use, as over the summer holidays the owners are not able to replenish the pantry.
